What type of shirts do you use?
Your typical 100% cotton t-shirt. Pre-shrunk to make sure your size is maintained throughout several washings, and classic fit, meaning it is not form fitted in the sides.
When will my order arrive?
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles.
My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
Can I used my own image file print on a t-shirt?
Yes, you are able to send us your own .png file, with a 1800*2400 pixels resolution, and tell us which shirt model you want to print on. By using your own file, you will not be charged extra fee. Please send us you file to higoplus@hotmail.com. We will reply you an individual hyper link to order. We will delete this individual product once the order complete finished.
